Hygiene: Sars-CoV-2 is a communicable disease and can be prevented by good hygiene. Avoiding contact with infected persons/isolation, practice good hand-washing, wearing a mask if you go out, and sanitizing your home regularly can help prevent catching it.

Preventive measures: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
