Practice avoidance!: The best way is to avoid coming in contact with the virus in the first place, which is best achieved by staying home. Practice social distancing Wash hands often Avoid touching your face Cover mouth and nose with a mask while around others Clean and disinfect surfaces frequently See the CDC's guidance for more: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html

Prevention: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
