Why bother ? : If you take in enough fluid value in liquids or food to pee every 6 hrs or more you consume enough water. There is fluid value in many items we consume. The myth about consuming X amount of water is of little value for most people. If you want to change your behavior make an effort to link the new behavior to something you already do every day. (like brushing teeth/grooming hair/etc.)
