Hi so i have a lot of congestion in my chest and my nose/sinuses. my chest hurts like someone is sitting on it. i just dont feel good. i dont quite have a fever but feel hot and cold. this has been going on for about two weeks and not any better?

?? get evaluated !!: An illness that is interfering with your life is worthy of an evaluation. Two weeks of discomfort without improvement should be enough to wait if it were going to self heal.
