What would cause chest congestion, stuffy nose, fatigue, no fever, and sweating? my 13 yr old boy says he feels hot & his cheeks look flushed but no fever? like hot flashes and you can also see him sweating.

Upper respiratory : He most likely has a common cold or sinus infection. Continue to monitor for fever, provide fluids and if he is not improved, please see your PCP.
