Doctor can examine: Circumcision is not needed if normal good hygiene is the habit. Circumcisions are done for religious and cultural reasons, but the procedure does permanently change the genitals. The skin protecting the end of the penis gets cut off, such that the cut line is BEHIND the glans (head end) of the penis. The hole where pee comes out is not cut, and therefore no blood should come out the "pee hole."
