See an allergist: If you have in your area, but what made you check the IgE level to start with? Definitely a physician, better follow up with him/her who might refer you to an allergist, at any rate you more evaluation like spirometry, allergy skin testing, given your previous history and family history, you may need prophylactic controller medicine, your upper airway needs evaluation too, goodluck

Observation: It may be you have inherited this from a family member with such a high level. If you are well there is nothing specific to do. Review by an allergist would be a good proactive plan. All the best.
