Some do: The gas you pass is a combination of air you swallow during or between feeds and that made by germs digesting left over nutrients in your gut. About 1/4 of adults don't digest milk sugar, leaving it as food for gas producing germs. Many vegetables & other food items are not fully digested by humans (&feed germs). Avoiding milk &or a food diary to see what makes you gassy may help.
