Gas and bloating: Gas & bloating after eating can be due to different causes, depending on the circumstances.Food intolerances are a common cause, example: lactase deficiency, in which lactose (milk sugar) is not absorbed (enzyme to digest it missing), so bacteria in the gut consume it & produce gas as a waste product. Avoidance of offending food or (in this case) lactase pills prior to dairy helps.I'm out of space
