You're ill: Probably it is nothing major - perhaps something you ate or a flu - but it is impossible to diagnose you w/out an exam and perhaps lab tests. You'd know if you ate anything unusual or if others you ate w/ also feel ill. You'd know if this is very unusual for you or if you have a tendency for GI symptoms. Eat bland, soft. Drink water! Have an exam if you still feel bad in a few days. Best!

Head & stomach ache: These symptoms could indicate food poisoning, a viral infection, a migraine, severe stress reaction. Need more history. Do you have a fever? Is the headache still there or is it gone now? If you still have that massive headache, a doctor should see you right away. If the headache and dizziness are going away and you have no fever, avoid dehydration by drinking sips of water.
