Not many great ones: There are some over the counter devices such as gentle traction or aid in lordotic curvature relaxing paraspinals. There are also neck stretches that can help ( www.Spine-health.Com ). However, that being said, these remedies only really help for neck triggers of these headaches. Once they set in, difficult to break with home remedies. There is migraine tea, but none of my patients have like it.
