Depends on details: Whether or not a person can give two medications depends on a variety of details, none of which we have on a free public forum. For example, one's primary care doctor can advise on this issue if that doctor knows: who is giving the medication to whom, why is each medication being given, how much medicine, has the receiving person used each of the meds separately before, etc... Details matter.
