Check: Neither med is available in US. My understanding is that Telfast is for allergic Hay Fever, and Empaped is for fever/inflammation. That's a lot of meds for a transient problem. Would advise consulting with pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist. All children should have 1st dental ck-up by age 1, so your son should already have a relationship with a Dentist who can best advise you.
