Check strength: This drug name is not used in the US, but a similar formulation differs by the strength. I rarely if ever recommend its use in babies since its chemicals can trigger changes inside the nose. Regular nasal saline drops when used correctly does a good job as does removing airborne irritants/dust/fumes from babies environment.
