See Ortho : Surgery can be performed to correct. If there is frequent dislocation, you will either have to,learn how to replace it yourself, or fix the problem with a simple surgery. See an orthopoedist to discuss all,options. In the meantime, avoid the positions that lead to your dislocation, or use an arm sling.
