Assuming: You have already seen a physician to make sure there is no other lasting issues or damage, ice is normally recommended for post-dislocation pain, 20 min on/off. Do not immobilize for too long to avoid adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). Imaging if deemed necessary by examining physician. Nsaids are mildly controversial with different docs after dislocation.
