Proton beam : Proton beam radiation is not a standard care at this time for the treatment of colorectal cancer at any stage. If you developed cancer recurrence or metastasis after previous regular radiation and chemotherapy, please discuss with your medical oncologist for the plan of further treatment as well as any benefit from further local treatment options.
