Doctor can examine: Many babies get rashes. Baby acne usually starts in the first month or so, and goes away on its own. While the baby acne fades, he may start getting cradle cap (oily, flaky rash with redness underneath) on the scalp and face (called seborrhea on the face). Baby eczema (cracked, rough, or oozing skin) can start around this time, too. Doctor can examine for cradle cap, seborrhea, eczema, etc...
