I am 26 years old, and i am suffering little urethra burning and itching and sometimes i feel something came out from penis but noting, but i feel in urethra, is it std or uti? and what antibiotics i should take azithromycine or ciproflexacin?

A person can take...: Take a trip to one's primary care doctor. Because it is not normal to have burning sensations in the penis, one would need an evaluation by his doctor, and get a good exam and some urine tests done. Urinary tract infection is possible, but there are also other reasons for such symptoms, such as STD's. Urethritis is inflammation of the urethra, but does not always have to be an infection.
