You resting pulse: Is abnormally high. Work up would be recommended, best with your PCP or GP. You headache pills may or may not be involved in the high heart rate.

124-133: If you mean pulse is always 124-133 at rest, it calls for an investigation including an EKG and tests to look for overactive thyroid. See your physician or a cardiologist for an evaluation.
