My whole body went numb and i couldnt speak for about 30 seconds after standing up, taking a photo and sitting down ? i could move my arms but had no feeling. my blood pressure is normal and always has been.

Postural: I suspect that your blood pressure dropped quickly as you stood up. Fainting or severe lightheadedness often accompanies such a postural drop in blood pressure. I would be reassured if you recovered quickly without residual neurological symptoms. If repeated similar symptoms occur, see your physician or a neurologist for evaluation and advice. Have sitting and standing blood pressures checked.
