Hypotension: Measurement with symptoms confirm hypotension. Echocardiogram suggest negative vavular cardiac etiology and lack of postural component leaves endocrine problems like addison, hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, dehydration and anemia. Get more evaluation.

May be normal: This blood pressure reading may be normal. But, lightheartedness is not normal. We need to find out why you are lightheaded. May be you want to check hemoglobin, sometimes anemia makes people lightheaded. I would suggest you to check thyroid hormone level too.

It is not serious: Low BP in an otherwise well person is not a disease(it is only of concern if it is acute and due to blood/ fluid losses from any reason). Yiou can tell if your BP is adequate if you do not feel light headed when you stand up from a lying/sitting position. It may help you to raise your BP by 5-10 mm which can be achieved by drinking extra fluids and adding a sprinkle of extra salt in your foods.

BP: Most physicians use the sitting position as the person's real bp. BP may be lowest on reclining and may rise or fall somewhat in the standing position. Symptoms of too low a BP include lightheadedness or fainting. Many young people have bp's like 90/50 and do well. If you experience lightheadness it could mean your BP is too low. Your physician feels your BP is ok for you.

Not too low: When you lie down and relax, you place no demands on your heart or cardiovascular system, so your circulation goes into "idle." this is the sign of a healthy and responsive autonomic nervous system. I think everyone feels tired in the morning! that's why coffee is popular world-wide! limbs go numb during sleep when you compress them(tuck them under yourself) and feeling returns with movement.
