Unclear question: Why were you tested for it? Gabapentin is not a substance of abuse. You may ask for a confirmatory test to rule of false positive result.

Gabapentin: Among others, false positives results are possible. Gabapentin is increasingly used in street products in order to boost known drugs of abuse, such as opiates. The context in which you got checked is critical in order to get a meaningful answer otherwise.
