My throat has been hurting , ive tested positive for strep , ive had a low grade fever but tonight it was 100. ive also had diarrhea and have been in bed . not sure what it is ?

A full febrile state is considered at a temperature of 100.4 F. Your best reference remains your treating doc and he or she should be aware if your symptoms worsen or persist more than 1 week.
