Chest pressure. my heart has been checked with ekg blood work echo etc. its hard to eat sometimes and swallow. pressure gets worse after eating. my pef lowers some also ex 530 to 448. fev1 stays the same. i do have suspected lpr. is this asthma?

Chest pressure: Given your data and your symptoms. It would be likely be suspicious of an esophageal problem given symptoms associated with eating and swallowing.

Further testing: An evaluation may include spirometry with and without a bronchodilator. The FEV1 and other values will improve with the bronchodilator if there is reactivity. Relief of symptoms with the medication is another indication of response.
