Needs to be seen: Sensitive in what way? Sweets? Cold temp? Upon biting? Continuous or episodic pain? Does the tooth have root canal therapy? you can understand why it is impossible to diagnose this issue over the internet. Pease see a local dentist for an examination.

Sensitive crown: How long have you had it? Was tooth capped because of decay, fracture, position, other reason? Do you grind or clench your teeth? Was area recently traumatized? When was last time tooth was x-rayed? Was tooth pulp tested? In other words, you need to see your General Dentist for appropriate differential diagnosis. Once cause elucidated, appropriate treatment can commence.
