Sensitive crown: How long have you had it? Was tooth capped because of decay, fracture, position, other reason? Do you grind or clench your teeth? Was area recently traumatized? When was last time tooth was x-rayed? Was tooth pulp tested? In other words, you need to see your General Dentist for appropriate differential diagnosis. Once cause elucidated, appropriate treatment can commence.
