Yes: You can actually use the drops like a garden hose & they will not be a problem other than making baby fussy. You may want to identify any airborne smells/irritants/dust/ etc. in babies environment that will trigger chronic congestion & remove them. As she gets older & mouth breathes more this will be less noticeable.
