My baby girl almost 4 month old. lately is vomiting after feed couple of times, i burp her for 15 to 20 minutes. i feed her 4 oz every 2 hours. she has some phlegm. why she is vomiting so much?

Frequency and volume: She may be feeding too quickly and filling the stomach before it can empty. Adjusting the volume and slowing feeds may help. Continue to burp mid feed and after a feed. If you notice blood in the vomitus, please check with your pediatrician right away. Other causes include an infection, please monitor for fever.
