5 week old is aggressively vomiting after every feed, tried feeding in small amounts and burp her but she vomits even the small feeding. this has been happening since morning and has not had a proper feeding today.what could be the problem?

Evaluation : Continue to feed small amounts of formula frequently. Burp mid feed and after the feed. Most likely this is reflux but a GI illness is also possible. Please see your physician soon.
