Throwing up/vomiting: One of the common causes of vomiting/throwing up is over feeding. Try to discontinue formula or reduce the amount. If still persistent, consider acid reflux and or pyloric stenoisis. Have your pediatrician rule those out. If she's a girl. Also consider urinary tract infection.
