88 yo on dialysis for 1 month know with no symptoms blood pressure around 142/53 with a heartbeat of 45. before starting dialysis my heart beat was mid 50's .no symptoms but worried about heartbeats gone down. what should i mention to my dr?

Check home BP/Hr: sit 5 min Take 3 discard first & average. Goto uptdate.com read more discuss with your team. My pint is on this being due to BetaBlockers for BP or other problems. Take BP & HR morning before meds then 3-4 & 8-12 hrs later. Share with your dialysis team. Wide BP swings can affect heart rate. If BP down HR tends 2 go up & if BP goes up HR falls. Dialysis is complicated.
