Dr. Rebecca Osei Anxiety does not usually result in issues with vision except in the event of a panic attack, in which case tunnel vision or difficulty focusing your vision can occur. Please see an eye doctor to rule out any issues with your vision and a therapist or psychiatrist for help managing anxiety symptoms.
