See wikipedia.Com article which states due to conditions affecting the brain including, but not limited to, medications, [1] seizure disorders, tumors, occiptal lobe or visual pathway lesions, [2] subcortical hemorrhage, [3] and dural arteriovenous malformations. You need to see a neurologist for a complete workup. Ct scan is not a complete workup. Palinopsia causes dep. And anxiety.
