Sometimes: It depends what type of funny vision you are speaking of. Anxiety and stress can present with multiple subjectively "real" symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, lightheadedness, chills, shaking and sometimes visual effects. You should see a doctor for a proper history and physical exam.
