Dermoid cys, cystadenomas, endometriomas (uterine lining cells present outside the uterus on or inside the ovary ,secreting blood during menstrual cycle )& chocolate cysts in which most of the blood is absorbed and chocolate like solid /semisolid material is there. Sometimes some complex cysts may be malignant ones. Septum + or - in
