Having an ovarian cyst with a thick septa. two parts 4.5cm and 1.5cm. it hurts. can't find much info about this type of cyst online. ok to leave it?

See a GYN: It's right around the size when i would recommend taking it out. If you have pain, definitely have it removed. Thick separations are also a sign that it may need to come out. I recommend you talk to a gynecologist.
