My wife was bitten by a tick a few days ago. she pulled it off and now where it not her is a bit red and painful. at what point should we be worried about possible tick. its fever?

Now: Any rash following a tick bite should be examined promptly by the doc as treatment may be needed. Be prepared with information such as how long estimated was the tick attached and so on. Her GP will be best if available, if not, any urgent care facility. Timing is critical.
