Nephrologist: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are concerning enough that you should consult a nephrologist at your earliest. Wish you good health!

See below: You want something that promotes good posture. Anything that encourates a curvature of the back just above your hips is fine. I bought a special back support on line but actually a cylinder shaped pillow that i bought at wal-mart works better. They cost about the same, maybe 15 dollars.

Many causes: The most common thing is a bladder infection but there are other causes like a kidney stone (should hurt) or something in the bladder like polyps or other growths. Some bladder conditions like interstitial cystitis can bleed. See a doctor for the right diagnosis as this could be something important. Always get sharp pain checked out as well. Thats our body telling us something is not right.

Too many causes: Honestly there are far too many possible causes to list. Thats what a doctor does when they ask you all the questions so they can figure out the cause. See your doctor to get at the cause. Some causes are simple and some more difficult to figure out. The internet can help with information but not with diagnosis. Good luck.
