Stop using it: Sugar intake is a self stimulating repetitive habit. Taking any food/drink with sugar will trigger insulin release to store it, resulting in a drop in blood sugar which triggers the repeat pattern. Sweeten your tea calorie free agent & this should s;ow some. If this is a big habit it will take at least 3 weeks to change it effectively.
