PVC's: How many PVC's in 24 hours? Any couplets,triplets or runs? Noted at rest or with exercise? Multiform or uniform PVC's? Any heart murmurs? Normal EKG and echocardiogram? Had a treadmill stress test? All these factors are to be considered. For peace of mind consult a cardiologist or electrophysiologist for evaluation and advice. No treatment of benign PVC's needed unless they bother you.
