I assume this outpatient cardiac monitoring was done because you experience palpitations. Over 3 days of monitoring showed a trivial amount of PACs but there was one 3 beat run. Did you feel it? I would just be aware that you have mild,occasional atrial irritability & require no treatment. Caffeine, alcohol,stress may provoke them. If frequent or prolonged palpitations should occur,inform your MD.
