None: Majority of seasonal bronchitis/sinusitis episodes are viral and antibiotics are not needed. Symptom control only is needed, good hydration and rest. If symptoms persist more than 10-14, even trending in the wrong direction or worsening, a bacterial suprainfection might be possible and this is when antibiotics may help.
