Well : A sense of a lump in someone’s throat after vomiting can be caused by several things could be retain piece of food in the valleculum or could be a scratch or irritation to the esophagus,If this continues see if physician for evaluation.Any associated Shortness of breath should be evaluated in the emergency room.
