Hard to say: The alcohol in beer can trigger dangerously low blood sugars in an infant. Whether this could have anything to do with the symptoms is unknown without testing. It is not cute for a baby to have access to any alcoholic beverage under any circumstances. Since they only drink what is offered to them, someone needs their head examined. In my state, law would require a report to CPS.
