Worth good eval: keeping a regular sleep schedule and 4-500mg magnesium gluconate may be helpful If not sufficient the addition of melatonin up to 10-15mg may help. Need cool, dark, quiet , comfy environment, as well as regular relaxati A good PCP evaluation indicated. Possibly referral to psychiatry if moodiness does not resolve with better sleep .Other good sleep meds available if this is not helpful. BestWishes
