Hi i have had a pressure pain in my right temple and behind my right eye. it is extremely painful when i have been sitting for a while and the stand up. please advise. many thanks ?

Few possibilities: Could be migraine, cluster head ache. A condition called temporal arteritis or giant cell arteritis which can affect a blood vessel in the temple region which supplies a branch to retina can cause severe pain and at this condition risk of vision getting affected is there. Consult your PCP immediately.
