I had a concussion on feb 9, and i was evaluated in the er. no evidence of a bleed was found on ct, but on feb 12 i began developing symptoms. do i need to go back in to get scanned again?

What are the symptom: Nausea, head ache, vomiting, vision disturbances, dizziness, vertigo, weakness of a particular part of body like arm,face, leg, similarly sensory loss- if you have any of them coming back you need to go back and evaluated.
