My wife and i would like to try for a baby. my wife has fibromyalgia and takes cymgen 60 and trepiline 25mg daily. is it safe to take these medications while pregnant? are there any pregnancy-safe alternatives?

Yes: There is medication that can be taken during pregnancy if needed, it might be worth have a 2nd opinion with a functional medical doc to identify optimal rx of fibromyalgia other than just medication prior to considering conception https://www.ifm.org/find-a-practitioner/
