Dunno: It is pregnancy category C: there is not strong evidence to say it is bad, but there's absolutely nothing to say it is safe. Because it is routinely used to decrease risk of early labor, it's used in pregnancy. It would seem very unlikely that a lot of serious pregnancy complications caused by it would have been just missed. But effects in particular sensitive groups might be.
