Started bleeding at 5 weeks of my pregnancy doctor gave me amoxicilin, nucotrion and adco-napamol to take, are these medications safe for my baby?

??Nucotriion??: The main ingredients of both Amoxicillin & adco-napamol (acetomenophen + supplements) have been found safe in pregnancy. The other named med i don't find spelled that way in any data base.
